About the Role

This role leads the HR technology and process agenda across the region. It ensures global HR solutions are effectively deployed, local requirements are addressed, and employee service delivery is continuously enhanced.

Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the role acts as a key bridge between HR, IT, Global HR Technology, and regional stakeholders — driving digital transformation, governance, and value creation from HR investments.

You will directly lead a distributed team of HR Technology & Process Specialists and play a critical role in change management, adoption, and continuous improvement across the region.

Reporting Line

Reports to: Head of Employee Services – Türkiye, Russia & Kazakhstan

Direct reports:

  • HR Technology & Processes Specialist – Türkiye
  • HR Technology & Processes Specialist – Russia (covering Russia & Kazakhstan)

Key Responsibilities

Regional HR Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous optimization of global HR digital solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and future platforms) across the region.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives, from business case to post go-live optimization.
  • Act as regional process owner, ensuring alignment between global standards and local legal and business needs (TR, RU, KZ).

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Drive process harmonization and simplification across Employee Services, balancing standardization with local requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong HR data governance, ensuring data quality, control, and accuracy.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, service performance metrics, and continuous improvement actions.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop a cross-country team of HR Technology & Process specialists.
  • Build capabilities in project management, system expertise, analytics, and stakeholder management.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR Technology and Reporting within the region.
  • Partner with Global ES, IT, and HR to influence solution roadmaps and represent regional needs.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and adoption across diverse teams.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Own regional and global HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and workforce strategy.
  • Ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance of HR data across systems and countries.

About you

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is considered a plus

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Shared Services, or HR Transformation
  • Solid understanding of Payroll and core HR Administration processes
  • Proven track record in leading regional or multi-country HR technology initiatives
  • Experience in people management, ideally leading geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with:
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • ServiceNow

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Solid project and program management capabilities
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments
  • Ability to balance global standards with local business and legal requirements

Languages

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Turkish and/or Russian is a strong advantage
