Danone Specialized Nutrition is launching a major greenfield investment to build our next‑generation liquid nutrition facility.

The Senior IT /OT Implementation Project Manager will Lead the delivery of IT and OT systems for the greenfield factory ensuring full compliance with Danone Engineering Design standards and enabling a secure, connected, and digital-ready manufacturing environment.

This role acts as the key interface between Engineering, IT & Data, and Operations to ensure seamless system integration and successful project execution.

Please note this position is a fixed term contract position until December 2029.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end IT/OT implementation (design, build, commissioning, handover)
  • Manage scope, planning, budget, risks, and timelines

• Engineering Compliance
• • Ensure full adherence to Danone OT, Automation, Electrical, and Cybersecurity standards
  • Validate system designs and supplier deliverables

• IT/OT Integration
• • Deliver integrated solutions across automation systems, industrial networks, and IT4OT infrastructure
  • Enable connected factory capabilities (data integration, digital readiness)

• Cross-Functional Coordination
• • Align multiple streams: process, packaging, utilities, building infrastructure, IT & Data
  • Ensure seamless interfaces between systems and stakeholders

• Supplier Management
• • Manage system integrators, OEMs, IT and OT vendors
  • Lead design reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities

• Cybersecurity & Risk
• • Ensure OT cybersecurity by design
  • Manage technical and delivery risks in collaboration with IT teams

• Commissioning & Handover
• • Deliver fully tested, documented, and operational systems
  • Ensure effective handover and readiness for operations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field
• 10+ years experience in IT/OT and industrial automation projects
• Strong background and proven experience in:
  • Automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS)
  • Industrial networks and OT cybersecurity
  • IT infrastructure and system integration
• Proven delivery of large-scale CAPEX or greenfield projects
• Experience in food, pharma, or FMCG industry preferred
• Strong project and program management skills
• Expertise in IT/OT integration and industrial automation
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects
• Effective stakeholder management across Engineering, IT&Data & Operations
• Strong governance, compliance, and documentation mindset
