Key Responsibilities

Organizational Performance, Design & Strategic Workforce Planning

• Partner with leaders to align structures &  processes with strategic objectives.
• Lead diagnostics and performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement strategic workforce planning using data-driven insights to ensure business capabilities.

Transformation & Change management

• Guide Organizational Change​: directs change management & structural evolution to support transformation strategies effectively.​
• Manage Cultural Shifts​: ensuring employee engagement and support during transitions.
• Build Team Capabilities​: Focuses on providing tools and training to build resilience and adaptability across teams.​
• Embed Sustainable Transformation​: Helps make transformation sustainable by embedding it into the organizational culture and operations.

OD Capabilities & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and deploy OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Measure and report on the impact of OD initiatives.

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in human resources or OD
• 5 to 7 years in organizational design, change management, or project management.
• Change Management Professional certification (Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP) is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Skills:
