About the Job
Manage and control the COGS part of the business, with focus on materials side, standard costing and variances analysis. Co-pilot these domains with Head of Finance and Plant Leadership Team to achieve business impact, by guiding stakeholders towards the areas of cost improvement, working as a valued member of finance and factory team, managing junior staff.
The main responsibilities involve planning, month close process, controlling and business partner and team management.
Planning:
- Standard cost calculation (budget, new items)
- Budget and forecasting: volumes, trade result, net sales, COGD
- Departmental budgets: Facilities, digital, safety, nature
Month Close Process:
- Materials, Net Sales, COGS
- Material and COGS bridges
- Stock revaluation
- Price Purchase Variance (PPV)
- Other Income and Expense (OIE), Innovation, Trials
- Volumes
Controlling/Business Partner: Facilities, Digital, Safety, Nature.
Team management: You will be managing 1 Junior Operations Controller and developing and training junior staff.
Other: DANgo (Internal Control) in the respective domains.

About you
To succeed in this role, you should fulfil the following requirements:
