As part of the plant leadership team, you’ll help shape the future of a factory known for innovation, agility, and high quality standards.

You bring 5–10 years of multinational experience, strong factory/operations controlling expertise, and a master’s degree in accounting. You’re analytical, proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented, with excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills. You communicate clearly and confidently in English and thrive in a dynamic environment.
