【PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE】

As the Plant Controller you will be the Finance representative in the factory and will lead the forecasting, monitoring and reporting of the plant operation results. You will manage all financial control and accounting activities of the plant including general cost accounting and compliance, including controlling Capex spending and factory fixed assets. You will measure and control plant activities and ensure that the financial control processes and systems comply with global Danone policy.

You will partner with the plant leadership team, Operations team as well as Finance team in the headquarter to provide meaningful insights, understand risk & opportunities and make recommendations to increase efficiency and improve productivity.

With an open and continuous improvement mindset you will drive the transparency and accuracy of data through KPI tracking and new dashboards.

Main responsibilities:

• Forecasting, monitoring and reporting on plant performance, including controllable costs and related cash
• Lead financial control and accounting activities
• Drive compliance initiatives including Capex and fixed asset management.
• Represent Finance in PLT, making clear recommendations for decision making
• Forecasting of COGS in close collaboration with CBU Finance
• Financial support in key priority projects and new ways of working at the factory
• Develop and maintain accurate & user-friendly COGS dashboards
