As Senior Quality Manager – Nordics & Baltics, you will ensure that all products and services comply with Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory requirements. You will drive continuous improvement and guarantee superior quality and food safety standards across the region. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of four quality experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure products and services meet Danone’s Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory standards across the Nordics & Baltics region.
• Monitor market performance with KPIs, driving improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Quality plant managers, cross-functional teams, and global partners to secure compliance and drive quality excellence.
• Lead product incident investigations, manage resolutions, and coordinate recalls or withdrawals as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison with local authorities, Food Safety Agencies, and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and compliance.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Quality Management role within the food industry or a medical background, with a strong focus on Food Safety and Regulatory compliance.
• You have proven leadership experience, capable of managing and inspiring a team of experts to achieve excellence and foster continuous improvement.
• You are experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, including authorities, at both local and global levels.
• You are skilled in project management and performance monitoring using KPIs.
• You communicate effectively and confidently manage stakeholders at various levels, driving alignment and impact.
