【Primary Purpose of the Role】

Provide competitive advantage in cost, quality, security, service, innovation, and sustainability by linking internal business needs with external Ingredients supplier capability in the most optimum way in order to deliver total best value to consumer. 

【Main responsibilities】
• Manage sourcing activity of specific category either from dairy ingredients or other materials.
• Analyze and forecast market overview, business needs, and environmental impacts to develop mid-term category procurement strategy.
• Plan and execute strategies without delay by identifying suppliers, managing relationships, and negotiating contracts.
• Ensure proper contract management and compliance with internal standards.
• Lead multifunctional projects on cost saving and value creation.
• Report regularly on raw material costs, pricing, and project progress for global and Japanese scorecards.

【Education background】
University Graduate

【Technical Skills and Experiences required】
• Strong capability for problem solving and strategic thinking
• Sourcing experience for 5 to 10 years or equivalent business experience
• Business English & Native Japanese communication (TOEIC score above 600 level)
• Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
• Use of SAP
