1. Guardian of People Centricity
• Champion a consumer-centric mindset across the organization and act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring decisions reflect real needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Protect and elevate the quality and depth of consumer understanding, challenging assumptions with evidence-based insights.
• Identify emerging trends and unmet needs that can unlock strategic opportunities.

 

2. Design and Manage Research Programs
• Lead research studies that help build and sharpen marketing mix and strategies for brands.
• Ensure deliverables are insightful and clearly addressing business problems, leading to actionable next steps.
• Draw on their deep understanding of consumers and integrated data sources to identify major new insights and make recommendations to business.
• Manage on a daily basis, implement and optimize the use of and add value to syndicated research. Challenge and build with research agencies to guarantee high quality standards on outputs delivered in a timely manner:
 Nielsen retail audit
 Brand Health tracker
 ICP Testing
 Product and pack testing
 Usage & Attitude
 Shopper Insights
 Qualitative concept development 
 Qualitative consumer and HCP communication development
• Ability to conduct in-house research using agile tools and take interest in conducting in-house analytics navigating multiple sources of data
• Plan, prioritise, and manage research projects within established budgets and deadlines
• Support forecasting, scenario planning, and post-campaign evaluations
  
3. Stakeholder Collaboration and Brand Business Partner
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Finance, and Leadership teams to shape strategies using insight-driven thinking.
• Work closely with external research agencies to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in management, research, marketing or any related field.
• 5-8 years’ experience in research related field or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Good project management skills for agency coordination.
• Proficient in data visualization and storytelling.
• Attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Able to work effectively in both a cross-functional and inter-cultural team and in an international environment.
• Influencing and stakeholder engagement.
• High English proficiency. 
• Fluency in use of MS Excel and other analytical tools.
