About the job

As a Strategy & Transformation Analyst at Danone, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Director of Strategy, Transformation & Digital for the AMEA (Africa, Middle East & Asia) region. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the strategic heartbeat of Danone's AMEA operations, from overseeing the 3-year operational plan to driving the transformation roadmap. 
 
Main Responsibilities: 
- Become an Integral Part of Global Strategic Initiatives: You'll support the preparation of presentations for key project reviews, zone transformation reviews, and project steering committees. This will provide you with an invaluable first-hand understanding of Danone's strategic decision-making process. 
- Master Project Management, Communication & Presentations: Working closely with country stakeholders, you'll assist in managing deadlines, scheduling regular project reviews and steering committee meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient project lifecycle. 
- Champion Efficiency & Innovation: You'll play a key role in centralizing and optimizing presentation templates, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity within the department. 

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need…

The following technical skills and experience:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with at least 1 year working experience in the field. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong interest in learning about large-scale operations is a plus. 

These soft skills: 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. 
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
