This role is part of the AMEA IBP-S&OP team with the ambition to be a collaborative business partners supporting sustainable growth by piloting and agile & lean supply chain flow powered by advanced tools.

As the AMEA Demand excellence, you will play important role in understanding and piloting the business within AMEA region (Asia, Middle East and Africa) for all categories (Dairy, Specialized Nutrition, Plant Based and Waters products). Your missions will be :

• Expand regional consolidation for Essential Dairy and Waters categories
• Animate the demand planning team.
• Drive demand and supply scenarios for the region, working closely with all Country Business Unit's and Supply Points within the region
• Support the regional Sales & Operation Planning team and local team in developing strong processes and tools to drive performance, efficiency and compliance.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience in demand or supply planning 
- Strong analytical skills : power BI capabilities, SAP APO (python is a plus)

- Excellent communication at all levels internally & externally with all stakeholders
- At ease in managing multiple situations in a complex and volatile environment 
- Creative and always seek for process improvements 
- Team player and stakeholder management skills

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
• You have never done a V.I.E before.
