We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst position. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time role. This role is based in our Supply Chain team at our Wexford factory in Ireland and reports to the Supply Chain Analyst Team Lead.

 

Outline of the Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst will act as the Single Point of Contact for Markets/CBUs supplied by Wexford factory, in order to give proper visibility of production, stock in quarantine, transit status, and to collect input from the Markets/CBUs related to short term events like CSL issues, returns, open orders, etc. The Supply Chain analyst role will also have as one if its main activities the weekly call with the markets in order to check the status of the operations, creation and monitoring of STOs, making sure that the markets will receive the goods within the timings agreed.

 

 

More job duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Act as the CFR owner, making sure that the supply chain flow, from the production plan established to 3PL/transportation companies’ performance, are aligned in order to support the CFR target.
  • Monitor inventory levels and production plan of finished goods to ensure stock is deployed on time.
  • Manage part loads to ensure efficient use of transport and mitigate any risk of stock out.
  • Monitor orders between factory and 3PL, factory and markets, and 3PL and markets ensuring that the orders are closed in the proper way (PO_SO flow).
  • Manage RORO and Air Freight alignment: to manage requests for RORO or airfreight in a formal way, with proper adherence to the cross-charge tracker.
  • Owner of the STOCK AGING KPI at 3PL and deliver a zero FG write off due to expired product. Liaise with CBU to agree and approve cross charge for aging stock.
  • For Make to Order Markets, to manage the order input in APO, and to own the KPI of OTIF for the MTO shipments.
  • To have full understanding of Production Planning Way of Working: MOQ, Recipe Cycles, over all assumptions, to increase the speed and connection to Markets and its requirements.
  • Returns Management: track and communicate within Wexford factory, making sure that Logistics & Inventory teams have visibility of what is being returned from CBUs to our factory (or 3PL).
  • Management of Order and Forecast Submissions within APO.
  • Collaboration with Quality and Operations teams to progress product under incident.

About you

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in a Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a planning background.
  • End-to-end Supply Chain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to read and interpret large amounts of data.
  • Sense of curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
  • System-driven profile.
  • Good communication and team-player behaviour.
  • Strong proficiency in systems and programmes, i.e. SAP, APO, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • “Hands On” approach to working.
  • KPI driven: route cause investigator and action plan driver.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
