As part of C&P Procurement Operations, The Supply Chain Integration Manager is responsible for the key systems & tools within Dantrade Operations and makes sure all systems are always available and drives enhancement projects to increase effectiveness and added value to the business. Next to maintaining and improving existing tools (Tradeshift procurement platform, Horizon Forecasting tool) this position is also leading new innovations within the team, related to new systems and tools that support the mission of Dantrade to bring efficiency and secure supply to CBU’s and factories in scope.
Key responsibilities:
Be the product owner of key C&P applications, e.g. supplier collaboration, forecast sharing, performance management on raw and pack materials.
Ensure 100% availability of systems, through solid BCP and collaboration with L1 and L2 IT teams.
Identify and drive improvements projects to increase efficiency, business value and user friendliness of existing tools in scope – for example Tradeshift and Horizon.
Drive PowerBI dashboard usage and maturity level of the tools; support SCI team in maintaining dashboards, creating new dashboards when needed and drive the topic of ‘data to management information’.
Manage the relation with Tradeshift as a supplier: ensure delivery of responsibilities with SLA.
Single point of contact for any escalations, questions or challenges to the systems and tools in scope, for CBU’s, Suppliers, Buyers and others.
Manage resource in Danone Service Platform to ensure operational support of Tradeshift tool:
Drive usage and supplier onboarding for existing and new functionalities of the tool
EnsMonitoring Cockpit
Maintain, improve and share training materials to support suppliers and Danone CBU’s
Perform trainings on Tradeshift to Danone Business units and Buyers.
Organize and deliver trainings regularly to ensure user knowledge stays on required level and drive actual usage of systems and tools in scope.
Ideate and deliver new systems and tools, to drive efficiency or secure supply within SCI team / Dantrade Operations.

Experience & Technical knowledge:
Advanced Degree in business information management or equivalent.
5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning or Material Planning.
Excellent understanding and hands-on practitioner of systems and tools in the Planning / Procurement / Supplier Collaboration domain.
At least 2 years of project management experience involving internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills and able to connect with diversity group of stakeholders at all levels (from material planners up to VP level).
Transversal management skills, ability to build win-win solutions with counter parts
Pragmatic mindset - process and system orientated.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and intercultural skills.
Customer centric and results-orientated.
Highly skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP required (Planning, Contracts, Master data, Invoicing).
Problem solving skills, concrete and pragmatic approach.
