• BSc. in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
• Strong influencing & leadership skills
• Profound understanding of the Retail landscape
• Strong commercial background (Sales- and Marketing) of between 5 – 8 years
• A proven track record in FMCG Sales with large customers
• In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication
• Presentation skills & argumentative approach
