About the Job
The Finance Lead for the Transformation Project will manage the financial aspects of a large transformation program in operations, impacting various factories across different categories.
The role focuses on financial management, investment planning, risk management, and supporting strategies for complex business changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and modelling.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and business case metrics, providing variance analysis and corrective actions.
- Provide accurate financial data and insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Investment Management:
- Evaluate capital investments across factories, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Manage financial risks, including sensitivity analysis and risk mitigation.
- Financial Reporting:
- Develop comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership, covering all aspects of the transformation, factory performance, and project progress.
- Strong coordination between factories ensuring synchronized and accurate reporting in Magnitude.
- Ensure financial data complies with accounting standards and regulations, providing the necessary information to the DBS Shared Service to ensure compliance with the NRC eligibility policy.
- Project & Change Management:
- Work with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, IT, HR, DBS) to integrate financial considerations.
- Support project managers in staying on budget and on schedule for delivery of savings.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Partner with senior leaders to communicate financial performance and insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to address financial risks and seize opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

About you
To truly stand out in this role, you'll need to bring the following qualifications:
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an operations/manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German Desirable.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/PBI preferred) and MS Office.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strategic planning capabilities.
