The Card Solutions Specialist plays a key role in managing corporate card programs (Purchasing Card and Corporate Credit Card), travel and expense (T&E) processes, cash advances, employee support, and training. This position also leads monthly operational activities and acts as the primary liaison with financial partners such as Citibank and American Express.

• Review and process Concur expense reports, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
• Administer Purchasing Card and Corporate Credit Card programs, as well as Concur Expense, across one or more countries.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials for card and expense management programs.
• Deliver system and policy training sessions to employees and stakeholders.
• Generate monthly reports on T&E and card spend for leadership and decision-making.
• Ensure strong internal controls and financial accuracy across all card and T&E processes.
• Support internal and external audits related to card and expense operations.
• Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

PROFILE:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Ideal 2 years in a related role).
• Hands-on experience with Concur, SAP, and Citibank/AMEX platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates integrity, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude.
• Collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently.
