Active participation with brand manager & senior brand manager in development and execution of annual brand plan.   A strong team player and ‘doer’, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of marketing activation initiatives as per the agreed strategy to drive growth in the Adult portfolio in Health Care Nutrition “HCN” Strategy space.  The role will be responsible for dashboard data updates each month, A&P management, field team material development & management, sampling, and internal & sponsored events management. 

  • Content development and communications plan execution
  • Getting the best from your Agency Partners & internal content village – Execute integrated communication plans and work with multiple agencies & internal team, providing them with clear objectives, actionable and constructive feedback in alignment to the brief and scope of work.
  • Development and management of content in partnership with the Science and regulatory affairs team – updates where required and ensuring availability of materials for sales, field teams, care line etc.
  • Content creation & optimization may include:
    • Field team material creation & optimization
    • SEO website improvements
    • Website content creation & landing page development
    • Advertising development (Social / Display / Search)
  • Lead field team material development, production and management
    • Lead event organisation, communication & material support
  • Project management – project management in close collaboration with different cross-functional team members. Strict adherence to timelines and good quality deliverables
  • A&P management – day to day management to include collating quotes from suppliers, raising purchase orders, managing invoices and reconciling vs budget.
    • Preferred: at least a basic understanding of a profit & loss statement
  • Packaging development
    • Execute packaging/label development projects in close coordination with Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager from briefing and management through to pre-press approval. Includes management through the internal approvals process
    • Adhere packaging to global and local guidelines in close coordination with cross-functional team
  • Reporting and ROI
    • Display knowledge of brand performance in market, and in relation to the competition and deliver a ‘SO WHAT’ based on learning’s
    • Conduct Monthly Performance Tracking for the brand (with on-the-job training of tools and data platforms available).
    • Competitive tracking / analysis, and working closely with trade marketing team to evaluate performance, competitive edge and defend business against competitive reactions and activity
  • Stakeholder management
    • Effective management of internal and external teams ensuring delivery against budget on time and in line with brand plans and positioning.
    • Foster collaborative working environment with other functions to deliver plans and inspire positive engagement.

 

 

About you

Education

  • Tertiary Qualified – preferably in Marketing or Business

Experience

  • Ideally 1-2 years FMCG or healthcare experience (preferably in marketing as an assistant brand manager / marketing associate / intern) but high potential fresh university graduates with demonstrated project management or communication development experience can be considered

Specialist knowledge

  • Familiarity in the basics of brand management (4Ps of marketing)
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams & multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in project management / demonstrated experience in working in projects with multiple stakeholders withmanagement of deadlines and budget
  • Experience in content / communication development (digital & offline channels)
  • Experience in A&P budget management
  • Good understanding of basic data analysis (sales value growth, volume growth) & ability to use excel to create basic data tables & charts to understand business performance

Are you eligible for a V.I.E ?

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

  • You must be aged 18 to 28.
  • You must have completed national service obligation.
  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?
