We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operational Excellence Manager to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to optimize, harmonize, and automate supply chain processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

The position is located in Brussels (BE), but you are open to travel to Rijswijk, our office in NL.

As junior supply chain manager you will be in the driving seat to:

• Analyze and improve existing supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement tools or systems to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
• Take initiative in proposing and leading process improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, or other tools to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Think creatively to challenge the status quo and introduce innovative solutions that improve business procedures.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gather insights and align on priorities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across teams to ensure transparency and shared goals.

You will possess the following qualities:

• You have obtained a degree in Supply Chain Management
• Supply Chain experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Familiarity with supply chain tools and systems is a plus (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
• PowerAutomate and PowerBI knowledge will definitely be an added value
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
