Reporting to R&I & QFS Talent Manager​

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented HR Specialist to join our global HR team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR processes and talent agenda by preparing all necessary elements with strong data analyses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and data analysis and wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and global environment.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES​

• Develop your skills to master our HR Cycle in Danone, and HR Data analytics. You will participate in talent projects/initiatives, and you will support Global Talent Team shaping strong teams for the future and delivering greater impact.​
• For QFS & R&I Functions at Global Level for Director’s population (180 Directors)​
• Support HR Cycle implementation at global level (Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance and Reward processes)​
• Support talent development projects, key initiatives (Nomination programs, Expert program…)​
• Lead Talent/Engagement data analysis: Create and monitor talent KPIs/Talent dashboard, build tool and insights to accelerate the decision making, analyse Danone People Survey results​
• Support to prepare Monthly Talent Calls with R&I & QFS VPs​
• Building network with HRBPs community globally

• Degree in Human Resources or similar field​
• 2-3 years experience in HR​
• Previous experience in Talent Development, Learning & Competencies Development, Business partnering​
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI​
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic and international environment.​
• Proactive and hands-on approach​
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, strong attention to details​
• Eager to learn and grow

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.

• You must be aged 18 to 28.
• You must have completed national service obligation.
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?

• Business France handles everything for volunteer’s contract.
• Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents).
