In this role, you will support the evian Japan Marketing Team in data analysis, campaign execution, agency coordination, and operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of brand initiatives.

Your main missions will focus on:

Data Analysis
- Analyze consumer and market data to assess brand performance, identify trends and support planning.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations summarizing findings.

Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns including instore visibility (digital signage, POSM), and asset localization.
- Support execution of GWP programs, KOL activities, and promotional events.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure campaign assets are delivered correctly.

Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate between creative agencies, production vendors, global (France) marketing teams, and the Japanese distributor.

Operational & Administrative Support
- Support team with meeting notes, documents translation, team events and activities.
- Manage logistics such as sample deliveries, file organization
- Assist with scheduling and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with the following profile:

• Bachelor degree/MBA in Business and Marketing
• Prior experience in a corporate environment (internship or part time acceptable).
• Familiar with Japanese business etiquette and keigo in both verbal and written communication.
• Experience in marketing, sales, administrative work, or any business-related environment is a plus.

• Analytical thinking – Able to interpret basic data and extract simple insights.
• Communication skills – Clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Organization & time management – Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up reliably.
• Attention to detail – Careful with files, schedules, deliverables, and administrative tasks.
• Team collaboration – Works well in a supportive role within a cross functional team.
• Adaptability – Comfortable learning quickly and adjusting to new tasks or priorities.
• Interest in marketing – Basic understanding or curiosity about brand, design, and campaigns.
