About the job
Danone Türkiye is looking for a Warehouse Operastions Manager to lead critical operations at our Lüleburgaz production site.
- Manage all logistics processes at the production facility (raw materials, semi-finished and finished products).
- Ensure efficient execution of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, storage, inventory counting, FIFO/FEFO applications).
- Organise the storage, monitoring and shipping processes for fresh products at +4°C in accordance with quality standards and regulations.
- Work in integration with production planning to ensure timely material flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics reports and present them to senior management.
- Prepare the logistics budget, ensure cost control and carry out improvement projects.
- Establish effective communication with suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage product transportation, storage and traceability systems in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure stock tracking and data entry accuracy via ERP systems.
- Manage, train and perform performance evaluations of the logistics team.
About you
- Graduated from relevant university departments.
- At least 5 years of experience in production facilities, preferably in the food or fast-moving consumer goods sector.
- Experienced in warehouse management, stock control, and shipment planning.
- Knowledgeable in cold chain logistics and +4°C product management.
- Experienced in using ERP and WMS systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, results-oriented and strong communication skills.
