Web & Digital Project Trainee

(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

YOUR responsibilities as a Web & Digital Project Trainee will include (but not limited to):

As a Web & Digital Project Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the migration of our Hungarian Danone websites and online platforms into the global system, ensuring unified security and data protection standards:

• Prepare and support content and technical discussions with agencies and global digital teams
• Track and follow up on the migration project timeline
• Coordinate and maintain communication with agencies and global stakeholders
• Organize, update, and maintain project documentation (e.g. Terms & Conditions, data management and privacy policies)
• Support and coordinate testing of migrated systems to ensure compliance and functionality

We are looking for a Web & Digital Project Trainee with the following profile:

• Ongoing university studies in Business, IT, Communications, or related fields
• Active student status for at least 1 year in Hungary
• Minimum 20 working hours/week availability
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
• Languages: fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with digital platforms (WordPress) and basic HTML knowledge is an advantage
