1. Internal Communications
• Plan and deliver country-level internal communication initiatives in alignment with Danone’s SEA direction, culture, and transformation agenda.
• Manage and localize content across internal platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, Workplace, email) to ensure clarity, consistency, and resonance with Danone Malaysia & Singapore employees.
• Support leadership in cascading key messages and building visibility through locally executed events, campaigns, and multimedia communications.
2. Employee Engagement & Events
• Design and execute end-to-end employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events that strengthen connection, collaboration, and motivation.
• Lead and execute cross-functional projects and campaigns that align with engagement needs, foster belonging, and reinforce Danone’s core values.
3. Health, Safety & Be Well Program
• Act as the main custodian in the implementation and sustainability of the WISE² culture, ensuring compliance and behavioral integration.
• Drive execution of the Be Well Program across physical, mental, and nutritional health domains with tailored programming and education.
• Organize wellness activities, awareness campaigns, and local partnerships that embed well-being into the work environment.
• Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) through inclusive practices that reflect the diverse needs of Danoners.
4. Employer Branding & External Relations
• Contribute to Danone SN MYSG’s employer branding strategy by crafting authentic storytelling and talent-facing initiatives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, career centers, student bodies, and relevant stakeholders to attract future talent.
• Leverage social media, events, and external platforms to promote Danone’s culture, people, and purpose-driven identity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in employee engagement, culture, internal communications, or organizational development.
• Proven ability to plan and execute engagement initiatives across functions and business levels, ensuring effective implementation and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of employee experience, organizational culture, and DEI best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Track record in organizing impactful events, workshops, and engagement campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use metrics and feedback to improve programs.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for building meaningful connections.
• Familiarity with wellness and mental health strategies and platforms.
