WHEN NUTRITION CAN CHANGE A LIFE

The products we develop are essential for children with inherited metabolic disorders - without them, many wouldn't survive. We combine insights from healthcare professionals and patients with our internal research to improve patient outcomes throughout their lifespan. When I speak to parents and see how our products are helping their children, that's when our impact truly comes to life.

TURNING IDEAS INTO BUSINESS CASES

If I identify an opportunity to grow the business or better serve patients, people will listen. I'm encouraged to transform ideas into business cases and supported to explore them.

THINKING ABOUT WHERE I WANT TO GO NEXT

Through our Individual Development Plan, I'm challenged to think about where I want to be and what I want to learn. Danone helps me to achieve this, with training, mentorship and hands-on experiences. The combination of work-life balance, learning opportunities, and a supportive environment helps me develop both personally and professionally.

THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO DISCOVER

Things move fast, so I need to be flexible and open to change. That's what makes it exciting - there are always new opportunities to explore and ways to make an impact. After 16 years, I'm still contributing to improving lives through nutrition.
