Technology has a vital role to play in the way we operate, and data in particular is very powerful in helping add value for our customers and for the business.
I make an impact by using my experience with IT and data to look for ways that the business can grow and get better. Recently I’ve helped improve some of our systems and procedures that have resulted in improving efficiency and reducing waste.

I’ve been at Danone since 1992. I’ve worked with some great people, and the company is always keen to make sure I’m happy in my role and that I have everything I need to succeed.
MAKING GLOBAL CONNECTIONS
I was recently asked to set up a stakeholder network in Portugal, which was a great opportunity. I worked closely with senior management, and the feedback I’ve had has been really positive, which is great for my confidence.
