Our 'One Planet. One Health' mission is reflected in everything we do, bringing health through food to as many people as possible. Away from Home is like a speedboat exploring new waters for Danone's mothership- we identify emerging trends and new business ideas in the food service industry, testing innovations that can later scale to retail. I'm proud to work for a B Corp certified company that actively supports community initiatives. Recently, I volunteered with other Danoners at sports events for children, witnessing firsthand how the company supports local communities. On a personal level, I've influenced my family to use our products, sharing my passion for what we do.

I’ve been part of the Young Danone board, an amazing opportunity to organize events and create connections. Working with a team of six from different offices, we planned activities, networking sessions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities. One of our highlights was time spent with Pablo, Danone's European President. He spent time answering questions and inspiring all of us. It was incredible to have someone at that level take the time to connect with younger employees.
Taking ownership of your development journey
When I identify areas that I want to develop, I research training opportunities to discuss with my manager. For anyone considering joining Danone, I'd highlight the great culture with numerous opportunities to learn and grow, and the chance to work for brands that have meaning in people's lives.
