ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced, registered nurse to join our healthcare nutrition team as a Souvenaid Patient On-Boarding Nurse. In this permanent role, you will guide patients and caregivers through the Souvenaid Connections on-boarding process, provide evidence-based information to support informed choices, ensure a seamless transition for order placement, and offer ongoing patient support. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals, monitor key performance indicators, oversee referrals, and develop a comprehensive understanding of commercial practices.

Your self-motivation and ability to work independently within a national team are key strengths. You enjoy interacting with diverse individuals daily, adeptly handling any challenges that arise.
