As an Assistant Brand Manager, you play a pivotal role in supporting the brand team in executing brand strategies that drive growth and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful management of our brand portfolio.
<Business & Market Analysis> - Analyze sales, market, consumer, and competitive data to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities. - Develop a clear understanding of the drivers and barriers impacting brand and portfolio performance. - Monitor consumer, competitor, and trade dynamics to proactively identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities. - Generate actionable recommendations to strengthen brand performance and support business objectives. <Brand Growth & Innovation> - Support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive sustainable growth. - Manage and enhance the existing product portfolio through product maintenance, renovation, and extension, while identifying opportunities for relevant new products and concepts. - Contribute to the development of innovation pipelines and launch plans that address consumer needs and market opportunities. - Create compelling activation initiatives that drive awareness, trial, engagement, and brand equity across relevant channels, including digital platforms. <Cross-Functional Execution> - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer Insights, and external agencies, to deliver brand objectives. - Ensure excellence in the execution of marketing, activation, and support plans across all touchpoints, including in-store and digital activities. - Track and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making recommendations and adjustments as needed to optimize performance and maximize return on investment. - Support continuous improvement by sharing learnings, best practices, and insights from market and campaign performance. |
