In this role you will be reporting into the Group Brand Manager Protein. You are part of team of 2 Brand Managers and 1 Jr. Brand Manager working on the HiPRO brand.
The role will have a focus on leading the HiPRO brand in the Belgian market with support of the GBM, while also being responsible for some x-country BNL projects in close collaboration within the brand team.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Continue to build our leading market position of HiPRO in Benelux and deliver brand growth
- Lead & liaise closely with x-functional teams to build relationships within the organization and (co-) lead the development & execution of HiPRO plans to win at 'point of sweat'
- Understand the BE protein market inside out and be the HiPRO key Country SPOC in BE for day to day topics
- Leading annual Brand Audit & Creating annual Growth Plan with x-functions
- Designing Growth Events locally & leading Creative Development
- Driving Local Reno/Inno projects
- In close collaboration within the team, build out the right 'sport brands' support model for the brand incl. partnerships, ambassadors, events
A propos de vous
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Proven track record in delivering business growth
- Successful campaign Management across channels (ATL/BTL): from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and objectives.
- Performance Measurement and Analysis
- Proven track record of building an alternative agile support plan with strong route to market
- Demonstrated ability to lead innovation projects locally and at pan-EU level
- Deep understanding of sport brands, including experience with partnerships and ambassadors activation
- Experience on POS activations is a plus
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
- Analytical skills incl. the ability to derive strategies & actions based on market & consumer insights
- Relationship Building: Building relationships with global and EU team, sales, R&I, S&I and catman.
