• Develop AOP and own the tactical plan for the eCommerce sub function, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and digital transformation priorities.
• Drive execution excellence of the eCommerce operational plan by applying advanced technical, digital, analytical, and commercial expertise.
• Support the Head of Sales in developing long term eCommerce strategies, market expansion roadmaps, capability building, and future fit commercial models.
• Lead the strategic development and performance of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki), social commerce (TikTok, Meta), and emerging digital channels.
• Build strong strategic partnerships with key platforms, negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to secure growth opportunities, visibility, and investment support.
• Oversee omnichannel integration to deliver seamless online to offline (O2O) consumer experiences and unified brand execution.
• Utilize advanced data analytics, consumer insights, and performance dashboards to guide decision making, identify opportunities, and optimize ROI.
• Champion organizational values of integrity, ethics, and responsible commerce in all digital operations, partnerships, and commercial activities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering high performance, digital capability growth, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure the eCommerce function contributes meaningfully to company goals, visions, and long term success.

• Bachelor in Marketing/Sales/e-Commerce/Business or related field.
• Experience in Sales and Key Account role for at least 7-10 years.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in e-Commerce.
• Experience in Sales Analysis, Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, leadership ability, ability to motivate staff, ability to listen but retain an objective mindset.
• English proficiency.
