We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the Health, Safety & Facilities Specialist for our Lisbon offices. This role ensures compliance with Danone Group’s policies, local and national regulations, and performance standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both companies operating in the location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and wellbeing strategies aligned with Danone Group standards and local legislation.
• Conduct risk assessments for all job positions and define objectives and action plans accordingly.
• Plan and execute emergency drills, deliver safety training, and define personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Perform inspections and audits and analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a zero-accident culture by supporting teams through training, communication, awareness campaigns, and motivational initiatives.
• Oversee the facilities management of the Lisbon office, coordinating with external maintenance providers to ensure a safe and functional workspace.
• Manage external service providers (e.g., reception, cleaning) based on operational needs.
• Handle procurement processes related to Health & Safety and Facilities, including requesting quotes and placing orders.
• Manage the company car fleet as needed.

Profile & Qualifications:

• Academical background in Health & Safety. Also, strong knowledge of local H&S regulations and best practices is a must.
• 1-2 years of experience in Health & Safety. Experience in Facilities Management tasks is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence safety culture across teams.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in digital tools – Excel & PowerPoint.
