This role covers operations in Russia, Turkiye and Kazakhstan, requiring close collaboration with local teams and adaptation to diverse regulatory environments.

• Assessment of the underlying business requirement of financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Understanding global and local policies & procedures, global and local delegations of authority, local reporting requirements
• Document and understand respective processes and controls under audit.
• Organize walkthrough meetings, execute testing to identify, document, report and communicate the risks.
• Identify value-added recommendations and align with business process owners.
• Monitor the implementation of remediation plans and assess the performance of Business Process Owners.
• Provide regular updates and risk insights to the Head of Internal Control Cluster
• Prepare and present internal control dashboards to local senior management
• Utilize data analytics and digital tools to enhance control testing and risk monitoring
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to promote a strong internal control culture.
• Performs projects/consulting assignments as per defined scope to support the management in achieving the organization objectives and mitigation of risks
• Support and collaborate with the Global Internal Audit team (HQ – Paris) during coordinated audits and assist in resolving audit issues.

• Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Min 4-5 years of experience in Internal Control or audit, ideally in FMCG, production or multinational company
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments
• SAP Knowledge is highly required
• Advanced level of proficiency in English
• Russian language is an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and reporting
• Bachelor's degree
