At Danone, we are at the forefront of integrating AI and Automation into Finance to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration. A key pillar of this transformation is the adoption of Microsoft Copilot across our Finance teams, along with a broader AI-driven mindset.

To accelerate this transition, we are looking for a highly motivated Intern to support the implementation and adoption of those new technologies. The primary focus will be driving awareness, best practices, and engagement around Copilot M365 in Finance, while also contributing to tests and scaling of use cases in AI-related initiatives.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This internship will take place in Rueil-Malmaison and Paris, starting from october to march. As a member of the Finance Digital & AI Acceleration team, your key responsibilities will be:

• Support animation of the worldwide AI Champions Community in Danone Finance according to the defined roadmap.
• Coordination of webinars, training sessions, and AI knowledge-sharing events within the AI Champion Community focused on Copilot M365.
• Gather feedback and questions from champions and work with internal stakeholders and Microsoft to optimize and support COPILOT adoption.
• Organize workshops and support the identification, gathering, documentation, and testing of new Copilot use cases in Finance.
• Animate the SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and newsletters to organize AI-related materials, FAQs, best practices and success stories in Finance.
• Maintain a knowledge base to ensure continuous learning within the Finance community
• Drive AI awareness and adoption through the weekly newsletter, tutorials with Tips & Tricks on COPILOT M365
• Assist in measuring the impact of Copilot on productivity and efficiency in Finance.
• Ensure monitoring of new releases related to Microsoft COPILOT M365
• Support in testing and scaling the AI related use cases in Finance

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

We seek a collaborative team player with robust technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in finance digitalization and AI. The ideal candidate will have:

• Final-year student in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in AI transformation in Finance and how digital tools can improve the way we work
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with others
• Comfortable in a technical environment and curious to explore and test AI tools and use cases
• A previous internship or experience in Finance is a plus
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English
