YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

Context 

The CFO office team — comprising of an assistant, the Finance transformation Director, the Group CFO chief of staff and Finance Animation manager —supports the CFO in: 

• Managing and responding to incoming requests  

• Acting as a catalyst and facilitator across internal stakeholders, Finance and non-Finance (eg. Investor Relations, Strategy, Transformation, Controlling, Shared Services, Sustainable Finance, HR, ...)  

• Framing and prioritising strategic projects  

• Coordinating execution of strategic initiatives 

• Leading the Finance Transformation and Future of Finance vision  

• Animating the Finance community (all Finance professionals in Danone) 

• Preparing and facilitating Finance governance bodies (eg. monthly Finance Board) 

• Supporting the CFO’s internal and external engagements  

Purpose of the Role 

To support the CFO office team to execute the top priorities, with a focus on the design & roll-out of the Future of Finance framework, contribute to strategic communication and engagement, and assist in the coordination of key Finance community touchpoints. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Assist in framing and deploying the Future of Finance framework across the Finance organisation  

• Contribute to the activation and support and of a newly designed Finance Awards process 

• Support the preparation and coordination of Finance Directors calls (content, logistics, follow-up)  

• Help create and adapt communication materials (presentations, visuals, talking points)  

• Collaborate with HR, Strategy, Transformation, and Communications teams to ensure message consistency  

• Participate in organising Finance community events and forums  

• Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to improve communication effectiveness  

Collaboration & Exposure 

• Work closely with the Finance Transformation & CFO Office Director, Chief of Staff, and Finance animation manager 

• Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders  

• Gain exposure to high-level decision-making and transformation efforts

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from July 2026 for 6 months, currently Bac+4/5
• Fluent in English & French
• Structured, proactive, and able to handle multiple topics in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment
• Curious about finance transformation and strategic topics
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex messages into clear and impactful communication
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working across teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Eager to contribute to key CFO Office initiatives and Finance community engagement
