Throughout my journey in different areas of operations. These experiences taught me that real impact is not only about delivering results, but also about developing people and creating lasting change.
Today, I work closely with teams across our factories to strengthen capabilities, foster a zero-loss mindset, and build a culture of continuous improvement. Seeing people take ownership, solve problems, and achieve better results together is what makes this journey meaningful for me.
