GROWING THE BUSINESS SUSTAINABLY
Under the Danone Impact Journey (DIJ) initiative, I’ve had the opportunity to lead and contribute to several sustainability projects that align with our global goals for carbon reduction, water stewardship, and renewable energy. These efforts are not just technical upgrades, they represent a cultural shift toward responsible manufacturing and environmental stewardship, which I’m proud to be part of.

BUILDING EXPERTISE THROUGH NEW RESPONSIBILITIES
At Danone, I’ve had the chance to step beyond my core responsibilities and discover new dimensions of growth. Taking on IT responsibilities introduced me to the world of cybersecurity, network architecture, and digital risk management, skills that are vital in today’s connected environment. I was also entrusted to lead Engineering Stores, which opened up opportunities to learn about inventory management, process optimization, and the power of cross-functional collaboration. These experiences not only broadened my expertise but also inspired me to embrace challenges, learn continuously, and contribute more deeply to our shared success.
ALWAYS DISCOVERING MORE
My journey at Danone has been marked by meaningful exposure and growth. In my last 2.5 years journey, I got opportunity to work on the projects like Dehumidifier–Precooler integration which enabled significant capacity uplift and quality control, while one other project brought speed and market leadership. The Model Predictive Control project gave me the chance to work with the latest technology and learn extensively. These experiences have equipped me for my transfer to the Projects team for factory expansion, work that’s both challenging and rewarding.
