There are always opportunities to stretch yourself and take on additional responsibilities. When I joined, my focus area was Commercial sales technology domain. However, within a short span of time, my scope was expanded to Business Partnering for India CBU across Commercial sales and marketing, Operations, Support Functions. Being entrusted with these responsibilities not only accelerated my professional skills growth but also deepened my confidence as a leader.
