Role Purpose:

• The mission of this role is to support the core HR function through delivery of projects that enable us to deliver our HR ambition and business growth, alongside supporting the delivery of core HR / people cycle processes. The HR Advisor will partner closely with people managers within the business to educate and empower them to create a great working environment in the business, aligned to our company culture.

• Support strategic HR projects that enable us to deliver our HR ambition and business growth.
• Support the delivery of core HR / people cycle processes, empowering People Managers to be accountable for great people development at Danone.
• Delivery of high quality employee relations processes in the organization.
