Role Purpose

Mission of the role: Responsible for the coordination of key financially-led strategic processes to support key strategic decision making and upward comms across the Business Unit:

• Coordinates the Annual Operating Plan review process and 3 Year Strat plan. The individual will define (jointly with FP&A) and coordinate the overall workplan, set agendas for board reviews and define master deck templates & story lining for these processes
• Supports the cascade and ongoing governance of key strategic choices into functional follow up workplans for each of the 3 year and 1 year strategic planning processes; and validates delivery inline with business case or AOP financials.
• Supports the VP Finance and GM with adhoc ongoing financial analysis and reporting to in relation to strategic and transformational decisions (for example market, category growth & mix implications; sourcing and COGS transformation; Overhead transformation; M&A integration).

Stakeholder relationships: Works hand in hand with VP Finance, FP&A Director and Commercial Finance director to deliver key processes (AOP, Stratplan). Collaborates with other functional input owners (e.g. Category Directors, Chief of Staff, VP Sales) to ensure coordination of inputs & close alignment on action plans. May have exposure to zone teams on adhoc topics (e.g. M&A team, Category Finance leads)

About you:

• Full P&L financial analysis experience (e.g. from FP&A, Commercial Finance, Consulting)
• High quality presentation skills (incl. powerpoint design and delivery)
• Experience operating with and influencing senior management stakeholders
• Able to influence and manage delivery through dispersed and/or virtual teams

Please note that the salary on offer for this position will be between £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits
