Hi there, I'm Robert

I’m Shift Leader in the Lunnarp factory

When my children ask me what I do at work, I use to point to the ProViva in the store and say "That's what dad does". When I think of Danone, I think of products that are useful, tasty and good for the environment.

Danone is constantly making an effort to improve the safety and health of us employees. This focus shows by increased fitness allowance and other activities that keeps us strong, motivated and healthy – participation in sport events for example.

We are here for each other and if I notice that the staff has a lot to do, I offer my help. Sometimes a helping hand can go a long way. When I go out and do my rounds, it's not only work related talk with the staff.

It’s very educational and fun

Danone taught me a lot, starting from the time when I joined as team-member working on the floor in production. In short, I really enjoy working here. I will stay in the company as long as I can and will continue to spread my good sense of humor - maybe I will have another role sometime in the future.
