We are looking for an Activity Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient management of product data, assortment, and lifecycle processes. This role is key to supporting smooth product launches and ongoing operations across the Nordics and Baltics region.

Please note that this is a temporary role for 9 months.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Master Data Management: Maintain and update Orsoft tasks, including SKU modifications and status changes.
Assortment Maintenance: Add, update, or remove SKUs in product assortment files.
Co-Packing Coordination: Ensure accurate labeling, traceability, and data consistency.
SKU Readiness: Support product phase-in/phase-out processes. Verify master data, pricing, contracts, and stock availability before launches.
Information Flow: Coordinate product launch data across departments.
Factory Collaboration: Exchange product information with manufacturing sites.
Project Support: Assist project managers during implementation and monitor timelines, risks, and delivery.
Systems & Governance: Manage activity tools, act as Orsoft expert, and drive process improvements.
In order to be successful in the role we believe that you have:
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Experience in SKU coordination, data management, or operational project support.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and functions.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and tools is an advantage.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
Passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and within scope.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with preference of knowledge of Latvian or a Nordic language.
