About the job
Are you passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in the food industry? We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Dairy category team and support the successful execution of innovation, renovation, and productivity projects.
Please note that this is a temporary role for 9 months.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Lead and coordinate Dairy projects with local and global stakeholders, including factories.
Develop project plans with timelines, risk assessments, and contingency options.
Train stakeholders on IPRO project management tools and methods.
Manage project communication and documentation across the organization.
Escalate risks and deviations versus timelines; propose corrective actions.
Conduct root cause investigations for project or process deviations.
Own project tools (Iproview, InnoPro) and ensure post-launch reviews.
About you
In order to be successful in the role we believe that you have:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in FMCG/Dairy.
Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive and detail oriented.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus.
Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with preference of knowledge of Latvian or a Nordic language.
