Our Account Managers play a pivotal role in driving the growth and advocacy of Nutricia Healthcare products among Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). We are dedicated to making a difference in the healthcare industry by leveraging the scientific excellence behind our clinically superior formulations. Our mission is clear: to act as ambassadors for Nutricia, surpassing competition and fostering strong customer relationships across our geographic territories.

 

We develop and execute territory plans grounded in insights and aligned with strategic priorities, consistently delivering against commercial and activity targets set by the business. Collaboration with internal colleagues is central to crafting plans that foster growth and exceed expectations.

 

We identify, profile, and prioritise key hospital and primary care customers, actively influencing product adoption by showcasing the clinical advantages of our portfolio. We leverage contract status where favourable and promote increased product usage in non-contract areas.

 

Our collective efforts in Specialised Nutrition sales growth are critical to achieving Danone's growth targets. We are integral to the execution of national and regional sales and marketing strategies.

Your aim is to promote Nutricia Healthcare products to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in hospitals and communities.

 

You'll take charge of a designated sales territory, engaging with customers both in person and virtually. Guided by national strategy and local account plans, you'll harness evidence and resources from our Medical and Marketing teams to boost product adoption.

 

Due to the field-based nature of this role, opportunities to rotate into other sales team roles will depend on current vacancies and geographic location.

Collaboration is vital, involving a wide range of internal stakeholders. Externally, you'll connect with Healthcare Professionals and influential opinion leaders.

 

We value candidates with a basic scientific, nutrition or dietetics background. You’ll be results-driven and have a curiosity and passion for relationship building. While not obligatory, experience in stakeholder influence, analytical skills, and NHS familiarity are advantageous.

 

To be considered for this role, you'll need to hold a full Driving license, as well as a science degree.
