Meet our HR Team




In our Talent Team, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from headhunting and application screening to utilising diverse sourcing strategies, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal networking.

 

In our HR Agile team, your responsibilities will ensure outcome-focused processes, fairness, and consistency in the experience for all Danoners. Operating in an agile environment, 70% of your time will be dedicated to fixed activities where you'll be the 1st point of contact for the business. The remainder of your time will be devoted to various HR projects and initiatives, offering you a dynamic work experience.

By joining our team, you will develop a deep understanding of our recruitment process, whilst business partnering across all levels in the UK & Ireland.

 

You will experience employment law, project and change management, and the ability to navigate complex situations as well as the ability to have challenging conversations.
