I’m responsible for the quality & food safety of our products, across all consumer categories, and get to work on exciting new innovations.

I work as part of a project team, approving the food safety and quality of our products and its packaging. Many of our projects are centred around making our offerings more sustainable and healthier, working towards supporting the planet and its people.

In my role I am lucky to work cross functionally with many people across the business, at all levels. We share similar passions and drive, and each have our say. There doesn’t feel a strong sense of hierarchy, which helps make a great team, and everyone is so friendly.

We are always encouraged to try new things, outside of our day to day. I was given an opportunity to try something different to my background in Quality, which gives me a great variety in my work and a chance to learn new skills. As well as work related opportunities, there is also ways to get involved in giving back, with various CSR initiatives and volunteering days.

There’s huge scope to grow and develop.

At Danone you are in the driving seat of your career! I started my journey as an Intern in France and have since taken opportunities to move with the business, across functions and locations! You are supported to try things outside of your comfort zone, even moving to different countries - I have worked in France, Sweden & the UK!
