Hello, I'm Abi!

I'm a Senior Integrated Consumer Experience Manager

As part of the Integrated Consumer Experience team, I work alongside our Brand Marketing teams to bring to life key growth events throughout the year, across both our Aptamil & Cow & Gate baby brands.

My journey so far

Our consumers rely on our brands daily!

I get to work on innovative projects which are really helping the business to make an impact in the consumer market.

These projects are fundamentally shifting how we engage with our consumers, and it’s rewarding to know we are helping people with the brands and products that we produce.

People are really nice here - open, helpful, friendly. Our business is about health, and that is felt from within also.

There’s lots of initiatives that help our health and wellbeing, and we all share a similar attitude towards our work and the impact we make.

I’ve always felt I have the flexibility

I’ve always felt I have the flexibility to lend my time to others, for projects or even arranging social events.

There’s always something to get involved with outside of your day to day, which brings great variety and never a dull moment!

There’s huge scope to grow and develop

I was encouraged to take a leap and grow into it!

I came to Danone as a Graduate and my career has grown from there.

There’s great flexibility to try different parts of the business, including lots of secondment opportunities, which helped me move through various roles across the marketing teams.
