Hello everyone, I’m Eoin

I’m a MarTech Manager

My role is tech focussed, I support our business teams to get the best from our Marketing Technology.

My journey so far

I can see the long term benefits my work will bring.

I started as an intern in 2018 and moved permanently into the digital team after 12 months. I’ve been fully supported to develop my skills and recently acted as scrum master on an agile project, greatly improving our CRM system for our customer care and quality assurance teams. The impact of that piece of work will have a benefit for many years to come, even if I move on to another role.

I’m making connections all around the world.

I’ve been working as the Diversity & Inclusion champion for the IT team for about 6 months. I connect with other champions across the UK and globally, and we share ideas. I work to promote events focusing on different aspects of D&I, and our current focus at the moment is on gender diversity. My manager is flexible enough to let me get involved with these things; it’s rewarding, and it’s great to be making lots of new connections.

We’re always looking for new ways to do things.

I’ve recently been line managing some temporary staff, which has really helped my growth. There's always opportunities to move into different roles across the business, and across the world, with full management support. And no matter what level you are at you get a chance to share your opinions.
