My role is to manage the strategy for prescription only products in the adult malnutrition space. My day to day includes things such as product launches, working on global innovations or developing the overall strategy for our products.

The products that I work with have the ability to transform the lives of our consumers.We do a lot to help healthcare professionals get educated about ways they can use our products to help the people they care for to get their nutrition.
We are known as innovators in the market, and it’s great to be a part of that, it’s great to have a positive impact on those that need a bit of help in their lives and improve their quality of life.

Since I joined Danone, no matter which role I was in, what team I was a part of, or which meeting I’m sitting in, my voice and my opinion is always valued.
It’s easy to talk to anyone here, regardless of seniority, and I feel super comfortable.

The roles here are quite fluid, I’ve always felt I have flexibility and opportunity to try different things and get involved in projects outside of my usual remit.
