Digital Specialist supports and executes digital presence of Danone brands which builds the business. While working closely with Brand Managers and Media & CX Manager, the Digital Specialist executes, reports, and optimizes brand campaigns across media channels, with a focus on online.

 

  • Contribute to the development of media strategies for brands and other relevant projects of Danone
  • Track and monitor the set KPIs and benchmarks for brands and propose a constant enhancement
  • Support the digital operations process across all paid and owned media channels covering brand building & performance campaigns
  • Execute, measure and turn data into actionable insights and a hands-on experience with media and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads, DMP, DSP and others).
  • Maintain and support our presence across digital touchpoints
  • Actively seek inspiration inside and outside of the company to deliver bold and memorable campaigns
  • Own the reporting process of all online and offline campaigns
  • Track KPIs able to demonstrate the efficiency of the implemented strategy and propose constant enhancement
  • Measure and report performance of all paid media campaigns, and assess against goals Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Be in close contact with media and digital agencies in Romania and Bulgaria to ensure the smooth campaign implementation and reporting
  • Coordinate between digital, media agencies and marketing teams
  • Maintain the relationship with regional team, attend regional meetings, knowledge sharing sessions
  • Contribute to the media and digital expertise in the marketing team
  • Establish Test & Learn approach to excel at campaign execution and increase media knowledge within the organization
  • Any other responsibilities that are in line with the job and the business strategy

About you

 

  • University/College degree in Economics (preferably with marketing specialty)
  • 1-3 years (including trainee experience) in (FMCG) media and tv planning, in intercultural environment, or agency experience
  • Previous experience with digital ad platforms like Facebook and Google Ads
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and a minimal hands-on experience with media and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads and others)
  • Fluent English, Romanian
  • MS office (strong in Excel and Power Point)
  • Result oriented and proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Acts with speed, agility & pragmatism in a complex and demanding business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to focus and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to influence and convince internal stakeholders in an assertive way
  • Analytical & Data driven thinking connected to business results
  • Marketing understanding and background in brand communication development
