We have an amazing opportunity in our Louisville, CO office for a System’s Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes and systems, with a strong emphasis on HighRadius and Esker support within the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) function. The position partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement solutions, enhance system performance, and ensure operational efficiency.

 

Key responsibilities include identifying process inefficiencies, supporting system implementations, and performing testing, validation, and troubleshooting to maintain system quality. The role also involves monitoring system performance, managing ticketing queues and KPIs, and proactively resolving issues.

A significant component of the role is configuring and supporting HighRadius modules—including Claims, Cash Application, Deduction Management, and Collections—while also leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role provides end-user support and training, generates actionable reporting, and collaborates with IT, HighRadius and Esker support teams to resolve defects and drive enhancements.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • High Radius System expert – knowledge of HRC functionality to help trouble shoot and optimize the tool
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through collaborating with the team to find efficiencies on processes and tasks
  • Ensure the accuracy of transactions though HighRadius, Esker, SAP, and Xtel
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and quality
  • Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or modifications
  • Provide user support, training, and guidance on system functionality
  • Configure and support HighRadius modules such as Claims, Cash Application, Deduction Management, Treasury and Collections
  • Monitor ticketing dashboards, KPIs, and exception queues to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Support HighRadius upgrades, releases, and regression testing cycles
  • Generate and analyze reports from HighRadius to support decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Partner with IT, HighRadius support teams and business users to resolve system defects, enhancements, performance issues and to implement solutions

The salary range for this position is $65k-72k USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

About you

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of related work experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to track and maintain various projects, all at different stages, within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and enjoy telling stories with data
  • Proactive continuous improvement and able to implement change as required
  • Develops and encourages cross functional collaboration and effectiveness
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Prior finance and deduction management skills preferred
  • Working knowledge of HighRadius or other credit to cash bolt-on software preferred
  • Must possess solid analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Passionate for career growth in related business finance teams or functions at Danone
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team; capable of building a high performing team that fosters team spirit
  • Prior leadership experience required
  • Solid interpersonal awareness; able to interact with all levels of management
  • Project management skills preferred
